LaTrivia Grady, Staffing Diva
Hello my name is LaTrivia Grady and I have been in the hospitality industry for 17 years. My personal journey started as me being a server then moving on into management and being able to manage event and staff for different catering companies in the Nashville area. Then I went into the corporate side of dining and catering where I became the catering manager for Asurion for three of their locations, also serving as an active manager then promoting to the catering manager of Bridgestone Towers.
When I was in the position of having to keep positions filled and I would at times have to use other staffing companies, I noticed that there was a need for more quality workers. That's when I decided to start my own Staffing Company. To provide what I thought was lacking, so that's where We Get It Right was born.
My goal of my business is to provide and train good quality honest hardworking people with a smile and ready to do what it takes to make an event successful.
